Rare and early Steiff -Skittle set of bears, the earliest edtion, pre button period, wool fabric, on wooden base, shoe butto eyes, king has a felt outfit. This set comes from a family member that used to work for Steiff and was given in generations. Germany ca 1900.

Condition: generally good and complete set, some tiny repairs, some wooden sticks have been replaced, some eyes have been replace with glass eyes an one bear has restored ears, the nose chains are missing and the felt clothing has some moth holes.
